Small - Medium Leaf ( 650mm + rainfall )

A relatively new variety with a slightly smaller leaf than Grasslands Huia, but significantly larger than Tahora. Prestige is highly productive all year with superior heat tolerance. It has a high stolon density providing improved persistence and tolerance to hard sheep grazing. Trials indicate that Prestige can also be suitable for use in dairy pastures because it improves pasture density and quality for grazing stock by reducing weed invasion. Prestige should be used as a component with a larger leafed white clover like Winter White, Tribute or Will in all dairy pastures, because of its stolon density it has the ability to fill in bare patches left in the pastures.
