·         Suited to well drained soils with irrigation or high rainfall

 

A relatively new broad leaf erect type suitable for quality hay production, dairy or beef finishing systems. Sensation should not be used for sheep grazing systems due to its upright growth habit. Colenso would be the better choice in that situation. Suited to well drained soils in high rainfall or irrigation areas.

Sowing Rate: 4 - 6 kg/ha alone, 1 – 3 kg/ha mix
